NEW AND RENEWAL MEMBERSHIPS

For outdoor play with the Frontenac Pickleball Club (FPC) the following fees are required:

1) Membership in Pickleball Canada $10 (CA) , Pickleball Ontario $10 (PO) and the Frontenac Pickleball Club $20 (FPC) is required to play with the club at a total cost of $42.77 ($2.77 processing fee). Annual memberships are from January 1st - December 31st.

2) In addition, the outdoor court registration fee for 2026 is $35 + $2.50 processing fee for the full-season, available to FPC members only! The club plays outdoors M-W-F mornings 9-11 am. from April 27th to Sept. 30th, weather dependent.

Total cost for 5 months of play $75.27.

INDOOR SEASON

New memberships * paid after September 1st * do not expire until December 31st of the FOLLOWING YEAR.
(Ex. Joined Sept. 17th 2025 ... membership is good from Sept 17th 2025 until Dec. 31st, 2026)

Memberships can be renewed anytime after September 1st and will extend automatically to 31 December of the following year. All memberships expire December 31st. (PCO Policy).

The indoor per play fee is $5 for the 2025–26 season. The club plays indoors from mid Oct. to end of April.

Members are to download the sports app - BENCH - upon payment to the 3 organizations above. To join our club or team on the Bench app, create a user profile then use the code provided in your welcome email to join. This app is used for club communication, chatter among members, and signing up for indoor play at Harrowsmith Free Methodist Church (HFMC).

Nametags and Eye Protection

With so many new players joining the Club, one of the things we suggest is the wearing of nametags. Most of us can remember a face or a name, but some of us have trouble putting the 2 together, so to help prevent those embarrassing moments that we ALL have, one of our Club members, Al Davis, can provide you with a very nice nametag, customized with the text colour and shape of your choice from his stock. The cost is $10 and your first name is all that is required. If you would like to order a tag, email the Club and we will provide you with Al's contact info.

The other things that we highly recommend are proper court shoes (NOT running shoes), and protective eyewear. These items can be purchased from various locations in wide price ranges and will undoubtedly help you avoid injury. Truly worth every cent!
50+? Come Join Us!

Looking for a great venue to play recreational pickleball? You've come to the right place! Players aged 50+ at all skill levels are welcome, although we do highly recommend that you take a beginner's clinic if you're new to the game (ask us for info - were happy to recommend local qualified and certified instructors).

Frontenac Pickleball Club (FPC) reserves 6 beautiful outdoor courts at Centennial Park in Harrowsmith from 9 am -11 pm on Mon-Wed-Fri from May 1st to Sept 30th at Centennial Park Courts, and 3 of the nicest indoor courts in the area in the gymnasium at Harrowsmith Free Methodist Church for several sessions per week from Oct - Apr. Preregistration is used for indoor play, due to limits on numbers. Drop-in play is available to members only, and preregistered participants take priority with the max set at 18. Outdoor Play - What A Deal! (FPC Members Only)

For just $37.50 in 2025 you can drop-in on any (or all!) of the FPC reserved times at Centennial Park courts from May to Sep - that's every Mon-Wed-Fri from 9 am -11 am! Not only is this a fantastic deal but it means you won't have to remember to bring money to every session. What's not to like about that?

Payment for the outdoor season court fees is to be made through the EVENT section of FPC within the Pickleball Canada website. The event name is FPC - 2025 Outdoor Season Fee.
