Information for Indoor Play Fall 2024
NOTE: Winnipeg West Pickleball Club Membership is also required!
This year we will run indoors like outdoor play. We assign spots based on skill level of play and you sign up using Play Time Scheduler. If you don't have a PT Scheduler account, signup NOW!!
- The three month cost will be $240 or $80 month for 12+ plays per month ($6 or less per play). Prorates weekly.
- Snowbirds you can sign up for one or two months out of the 3 month session. Oct to Dec. (must have selected snowbird on expression of interest.) No Prorate.
- Just Added-- Once ($80) or Twice ($160) a week (honour system) play. Daytime, evening, weekends for 3 months. Prorates weekly.
- PT Scheduler format will be public signup policed from those that have paid.
- PT Scheduler sessions will be skill based like outdoors.
- We are capping sessions at 6 players per court with waitlisting and 240 max. players to start.
- Play Time Scheduler slots will start appearing for October 1st play.

Please, only play Evenings if you actually still work and cannot play daytime hours. Exceptions for one Spouse still working.
- If there are empty evening slots 24 hours before they are available to everyone to sign in.
Guidelines: (We hope this is an honor system, but will police it, if we have to.)
- If already signed up in one slot, Please DO NOT signup for another the same day and possibly block others from playing at all.
- Some days you will have your choice of 3-4 playing times at multiple facilities (choose ONE time slot only)
- PT Scheduler only warns if you are playing outside of your skill range. Please be considerate of others playing.
Please limit your play to 3 times a week, unless spots are available 24 hour before event.
Starting indoor schedule for October 1st
We will be playing at 5 -7 locations, currently this is what we have available for times.
- SHCC (Sturgeon Heights CC) M,W,F,S @ 8AM-10AM - 3 courts.
- SHCC (Sturgeon Heights CC) 8:00AM to 5:00PM (4x2hr.) Tuesday and Thursday - 3 courts.
- BORC (The Bruce Oake Recovery Centre) Wed. and Thurs. 9AM to 10:30AM and 10:30AM to 12:00PM - 4 courts.
- Valour Rd CC -Isaac Brock Site - Tues., Wed., Thurs., 9:30AM, 11:30PM.,1:30PM and 3:30PM - 3 courts
- Valour Rd CC -Isaac Brock Site - Saturday 8:00AM, 10:00AM, 12:00PM, 2:00 PM, - 3 courts
- Valour Rd CC -Isaac Brock Site - Sunday 2:00PM, 4:00PM. and 8:00PM - 3 courts
- WMEMS Bedson School M,W,T,F 6:30 PM to 9:00PM and Sat. 9:00AM to 11:00AM - 11:00AM to 1:00PM - 2 courts.
- Westdale Community Centre M,F 12:00PM and 2:00PM - 2 courts
- Romeo D 'Allaire school Tuesday and Friday 6:00PM and 8:00PM - 2 courts
Sign ups for fall and winter will be separate. Costs are based on court costs, number of weeks of play and signup.
