For more than three years, you've stood beside Prince Edward Pickleball (PEP) as we've worked to create dedicated public pickleball courts for our community. You've donated, volunteered, shared our posts, attended events, and believed in this vision.
Today, we're asking for something even more important:

This isn't just about pickleball. It's about the future of a public park and how it can best serve our growing community.
We believe Delhi Park can be both a beautiful green space and a place where people of all ages come together to stay active, build friendships, and improve their physical and mental well-being. Parks are meant to evolve to meet changing community needs, and this project preserves the vast majority of the park while adding an accessible recreational opportunity for countless residents of all ages, abilities and economic status.
This project has already gone through years of public discussion and multiple Council decisions. It is also largely funded by community fundraising, with the municipal contribution coming from a reserve fund dedicated specifically to improving parks.
We support thoughtful design that protects what people love about Delhi Park through tree preservation, landscaping, responsible lighting, sensible playing hours, and ongoing monitoring. We believe recreation and green space can—and should—coexist.
If you believe Delhi Park should serve the broadest possible community, please attend the Public Information Centre and make your voice heard.
When Council reviews this project again, it needs to see that the many residents who support this community asset are present—not just online, but in the room.
