Entry Fee is $25.00 payable at the door.
Registration will begin at 9:00am sharp on Saturday, February 1, 2025.
Registration will be done differently this year, and be done by email, and will be taken in sequence of time received. Any emails received before the 9:00am time will go directly to the spares list, so don’t sign up to soon. You will be notified by email if you made the cut or not. You will register as an individual, or if living in a household, family members can sign up in one email. Otherwise, NO MASS SIGN-UPS
If you make registration, and get injured beforehand where you cannot play, please find a replacement and let me know who it is, and also have them email me at: cowexpickleball@gmail.com
If you cannot find a replacement, also let me know as soon as possible.
Registration is limited to 18 men and 18 women for a total of 36 players. This tournament relies on 100% participation. IF YOU SIGN UP, SHOW UP!
Doors open for practice at 9:00 am with games starting at 10.00 am.
This is a fun Round Robin switch partner tournament where the hall will be divided into 3 sections of 2 courts each, with each section having 12 players. Each game will have pre-assigned players, where over the tournament, every player in a section will play with every other player in that section as a partner once and against them as opponents, twice. Games will be a mix of partners and genders which will change continually. All players will play 11 games each so pace yourselves. There will be awards for each section.
Games will be scored using rally scoring where the first team to reach 21 points wins the game - NO OVERTIME. Scoring is based on individual’s accumulated points score to a maximum total score of 231.
Snacks will be supplied, but bring your own lunch.

I am also looking for some volunteers to help me set up the day before. I also need volunteers to help with court assignments the day of the tournament, and if possible, to also be able to play if necessary. If you wish to volunteer, please contact me at: cowexpickleball@gmail.com
