SPC Spring Extravaganza Tournament

By participating in the Sussex Pickleball Club (SPC) Spring Extravaganza Tournament, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the event.

These images may be used by SPC for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Announcing winners
• Highlighting medal ceremonies
• Promoting future tournaments, events, and club activities (e.g., social media, website, and marketing materials)

By attending and participating, you consent to the use of your image for these purposes.

If you do not wish to have your photo or likeness used, please notify a member of the tournament committee, an SPC Board member, or Tournament Director Brittany Smith prior to or during the event.

By registering for and participating in the Sussex Pickleball Club (SPC) Spring Extravaganza Tournament, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that participation in pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury. I confirm that I am physically able to participate.
• I agree to play in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner, and to follow all directions from tournament organizers. I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
• I acknowledge that tournament format, scheduling, and match timing may be adjusted at the discretion of organizers based on registration numbers, weather, or other factors.
• I understand that I am responsible for being present and ready for my scheduled matches.

By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read and agree to the above.
