Halifax Pickleball Club Learn to Play -- Sundays from 10:00 to 11:30 am on October 18 & 25, November 1 & 8

This learn to play program is suited to new players ages 10 to 16. This includes those with basic knowledge of the game and those who have never tried it at all. The program is run with small groups and two highly qualified coaches (both Level 2 NCCP) to ensure hands on learning and easy to follow instruction. You will be learning from the best! We are also planning recreational leagues so that you can continue to play after you learn.

Our skilled coaches will take you through the basics of the game – including how to score, the rules of play, basic strategy, foundational shots, and how to choose a paddle. 

Players can bring their own paddle or use one provided by the coaches. Bring non-marking indoor shoes (shoes MUST be changed on entry), your water bottle, and eye protection (highly recommended) if you have it. Our facility dress code requires loose fitting clothing that covers from shoulders to fully past the knees. There is a viewing area for family members who wish to watch -- only participants will be allowed in the gym.

Participants must aged 10 to 16 (as of December 31st of this year). 

Registration fees are non-refundable (should you need to cancel we can try to find someone to fill your spot, and then would provide a partial refund less our administration fees, but there is no guarantee of this). If the program is cancelled due to insufficient registration we would fully refund everyone. Changes in our access to the gym may result in the need to reschedule but this is very rare.
