Beginning Mar 11 all event registrations at Takhini School will begin at noon Saturday ONE WEEK BEFORE the event, rather than the previous 2 weeks. So this means Ladder League, Round Robins, Shot Clinics and Court Bookings can be booked up to 7 days in advance only.
If you are unable to participate in an event you have registered for them please remove you name from the event registration so players on the wait list can play. To do this go to the YPA main page and login in (top left side ICON). Go to My Registrations page, and remove yourself from the event by going to the event and clicking the remove Red ICON beside your name. Make sure you select the Delete Forever option tp keep the event capacity count up to date.
Wait list feature added to both Round Robins. Wait list feature allows the first wait listed player to re register before it goes to the next player on the wait list in the event of a player cancellation
Shot clinic participant maximum increased from 6 to 8 players with wait list feature as well
