HPC Terms and Conditions

Intermediate Daytime Round Robin Thursdays 10 am to 12 noon (3.25+)
Initially all registrants will be put on the waiting list. On the 15th of the month before the program begins players will be contacted for payment (if you are not contacted you will be kept on our waiting list). Fees will be based on roughly $6.50 per session and so totals will vary depending on the number of Thursdays (and any gym closures).
Players who have not yet joined the Halifax Pickleball Club can do so while registering (or add us as a club to their existing Pickleball NS membership) using the add/upgrade membership button on the registration page.
This round robin will run most of the year and players may register for as many sessions as they like (if your availability changes before you have paid for this league you can remove yourself on the My Registrations page of your Pickleball Canada account).
This recreational league is open to Halifax Pickleball Club members who are 3.25 or above. Register for the full session and play on whatever days suit you (no need to get subs if you have to be absent). Just show up and have fun. We will be using up to 3 courts and will mix players up from game to game. Balls will be provided.
Our facility dress code requires loose fitting clothing that covers from shoulders to fully past the knees. And we ask players to avoid orange and neon/fluorescent clothing (the former as we are using orange balls, the latter due to a player with a TBI that makes bright colours an issue).
There is parking on site. Participants must be 19 or over and members in good standing of Halifax Pickleball Club. On occasions when Ummah Masjid requires use of the gym we will refund partial fees to all participants.
