Elite Pickleball Club 2025 Membership Summary
- Membership Fee: $10, plus additional indoor and outdoor play fees per group.
- Affiliation: Membership requires Pickleball Ontario ($10) and Pickleball Canada ($10) memberships.
- Validity: Membership runs until December 31, 2025, granting access to indoor and outdoor programming.
- Summer Fees: Cover outdoor court rental costs to reserve playtimes with the City of Thunder Bay.

- La Vérendrye (Wednesday, 7:30 PM – 9:45 PM, 3 Courts)
- 2 Courts: Open Play (10 max)
- 1 Court: Women's Play, Drilling, or Singles (5 max)
- St. Martin School (Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2 Courts)
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Open Play (10 max)
- 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Open Play (10 max)
- Players may only sign up for both sessions if space is available within 24 hours.
- Pope John Paul (Sunday, 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM, 4 Courts)
- 2 Courts: Open Play (10 max)
- 1 Court: Women's Play (6 max)
- 1 Court (Auxiliary Gym): Men's, Drilling, or Singles Play (5 max)

- Outdoor Play Schedule (Tentative):
- Monday & Wednesday (Waddington), Tuesday & Thursday (BLVD) and Saturday (Waddington). Register HERE
- Tom’s Group (BLVD) on Monday, Wednesday & Friday (9–11 AM). Register HERE
- Court Time Management: All scheduling handled through Team Reach or similar platform (invites sent upon registration).
- Membership Benefits: Covers club supplies (first aid kits, whiteboards, markers, etc.).
- Processing Fee: Pickleball Canada charges 4.9% + $0.50 at checkout.
- Club Mission: Advocates for pickleball players in Thunder Bay, working with Pickleball Ontario and the city for funding and expansion.
- Indoor Play: Available at public and Catholic schools in Thunder Bay during fall/winter.
