Eligibility & Group Structure
This club is designed for members who participated in previous seasons. Participation is organized by independent groups, each led by a designated Group Leader.
Each group invites players at their own discretion, based on available court time and group capacity.
Groups operate independently, with their own leadership, scheduling, and player invitations.
Membership Fee
Club Membership Fee: $5
Additional Fees: Indoor and outdoor play fees are determined and collected by each group separately, based on court usage and programming.
Affiliation Requirements
All members must hold active memberships with:
Pickleball Ontario: $10
Pickleball Canada: $10
These affiliations are mandatory for participation and insurance coverage.
Membership Validity
Membership is valid until December 31, 2026, and provides access to indoor and outdoor programming as organized by each individual group.Summer Fees & Outdoor Play
Summer fees are used to cover outdoor court rental costs, allowing the club to reserve dedicated playtimes with the City of Thunder Bay.Court Time & Scheduling
All scheduling and communication are managed through TeamReach or a similar platform.
Invitations to scheduling platforms are sent by Group Leaders once registration is completed.
Payment Processing
Pickleball Canada applies a processing fee of 4.9% + $0.50 at checkout.
Club Mission
The club advocates for pickleball players in Thunder Bay, working collaboratively with Pickleball Ontario and the City of Thunder Bay to support funding initiatives, court development, and the continued growth of the sport.

All members are expected to comply with the club’s Code of Conduct at all times. This includes promoting a respectful, inclusive, and sportsmanlike environment both on and off the court.
