Indoor Footwear Policy
All KPC indoor play requires players to wear indoor athletic footwear that is non-marking to avoid damage to the court surface.
Outdoor footwear (which includes indoor footwear that is worn outside) is not permitted for indoor play.
To test indoor footwear you can do a scuff test by deliberately attempting to make a mark on the court while wearing them. If they mark, it should be easy to quickly remove the scuff and will provide confirmation that your footwear, despite being indoor, is not suitable for indoor play at KPC sessions.
Members are encouraged to monitor both their own compliance with this policy and also inform other members about the policy and any concerns observed with the footwear of other players. If players are confirmed to have unsuitable footwear they will have to cease play and switch to suitable footwear.
