Salmon Arm Pickleball Club Guest Policy
Pickleball players who are visiting the Shuswap may drop-in to a Salmon Arm Pickleball Club organized play session. If there is space available we will WELCOME you in. If the courts are full; or your SKILL Level isn't viable for the group play PLEASE come back to another session! There is printed Waiver Forms on site but if you are playing with a member and booking in advance you can follow the links to complete your waiver early.
All guest must sign a Guest Waiver Form before playing in organized club games. Guests may play 2 days at no cost, and $5.00 per day thereafter (pd via Sign-Up Genius).
All guests need to check in with the session hosts to confirm their invitation, their skill level, AND sign a liability waiver. Reach out to us when you are ready to play!
SPECIAL GUEST: If you are invited by a current / in-good-standing Salmon Arm Pickleball Club member to join in on organized group Round Robin games, that club-member must ensure that you understand the rules and etiquette of the game; and, that your game is ready for the SKILL Level that they are brining you to. The club-member can use Sign-up Genius 2 days in advance to register up to 2 guests maximum in an organized group RR. The same guest should not be registered by more than one member per season. The Special Guest is only permitted a 'play-date in club organized RR's'. After that we ask you support the club and become a member!
SAPC members are not permitted to invite a guest who has been refused SAPC membership or a member whose SAPC membership is suspended. It is the SAPC member's responsibility to screen players for the experience and skill prerequisites before extending an invitation.
