WEDNESDAYS Indoor Pickleball at KSSC
This is an 8‑week pickleball program held on Wednesdays from July 8th until August 26th, running from 12:00 to 2:00 pm.
This program is not for beginners. All participants should already:
- Know the rules of the game
- Understand scoring and be able to call out the score before serving
- Demonstrate proper court positioning
- Have experience with basic shot selection and rally play
Some core fundamentals of pickleball - what you should think about while playing:
- Consistent serves and returns ((DEEP! And remember the 2-bounce Rule)
- Learning how to take control at the kitchen line (remember your ready position)
- Dinking and soft control at the net (remember, bending your knees, paddle in front, controlled wrist, lift)
- Basic volleys and paddle positioning
- Keeping the ball in play to build consistency and confidence
- Serve & Stay! Return & Run!
Day and Time: Wednesdays 12 – 2 PM
Dates: Starts July 8th until August 26th (8-week program)
Location: King Square Sports Centre

Fees:
- MPC Members: $10 per week + HST
- NON-Members: $11 per week + HST
Capacity: New for this program: only 14 spots available per session.
Our 3 court sessions are capped to ensure maximum play time, quick rotations and a great mix of opponents throughout the session. Expect high-energy games with just enough time on the bench to grab a drink of water!

It is a 8-week pickleball program on Wednesdays from July 8 - Aug 26th at 12-2 pm. This program is not for beginners.
We will have 3 courts and a maximum of 14 players, using the "winner/runner-up rotation system". Please note there are no refunds for missed sessions. However, if you're unable to attend, you're welcome to sell your spot to another player. The recommended resale price is $11, usually sent by e-transfer.
Note: Indoor balls will be provided.
