SIGN UP GENIUS INSTRUCTIONS

Sign Up Genius Instructions

To Make a Reservation

1. Login to PICKLEBALL CANADA using https://secure.pickleballcanada.org/login/

2. Open the GBPC website through your QUICK LINKS or by choosing MY ACCOUNT drop down menu (top left corner of the screen)

3. Choose MEMBERS ONLY

4. Choose SIGN UP GENIUS

5. Choose a venue

The first time you complete these steps, you may be asked to login to SIGN UP GENIUS with your username (email) and password.

DELETING A SIGN UP

1. Login to Pickleball Canada
2. Open the GBPC website through your QUICK LINKS or by choosing MY ACCOUNT drop down menu (top left corner of the screen)
3. Choose MEMBERS ONLY
4. Choose SIGN UP GENIUS
5. Choose the appropriate venue: either EXETER, THEDFORD, TRIDON or FOREST
6. Find the sign up you would like to delete
7. Click the X

Other Methods:

Method 1

1. Find your Sign Up REMINDER email
2. Click the orange link VIEW SIGN UP
3. Find the sign up you would like to delete
4. Click the X to delete your sign up

Method 2

1. Find your Sign Up CONFIRMATION email
2. Click the red/orange link: VIEW SIGN UP
3. Find the sign up you would like to delete
4. Click the X

Method 3 (FROM THE PHONE APP)

1. Open SUG app on your phone
   
2. Choose the venue: EXETER, THEDFORD, TRIDON or FOREST
   
3. Find your sign up
   
4. Click DELETE

Method 4 (FROM SUG website)

1. Go into the website: https://www.signupgenius.com/
2. Login (your initials should appear in the top right corner of the screen)
3. Find your sign up in SIGN UPS the INVITED TO tab
   
4. Click the grey X in the final column
