Winter/Indoor Play Information
WHEN IS WINTER/INDOOR PLAY HAPPENING?
Winter/Indoor play schedule runs from Nov. 1st to April 30th
WHERE IS WINTER/INDOOR PLAY?
GBPC is offering Winter/Indoor play in 3 locations:
- The Legacy Recreation Centre in Thedford
- The South Huron Recreation Centre in Exeter.
- The Shores Recreation Centre in Forest.

Watch for a monthly schedule to be posted on the front page of our website.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR PLAY?
Members sign up for either play using SIGN UP GENIUS. SUG is available on our website in MEMBERS ONLY and for some users, the SUG app can be downloaded to the home screen of their phone.
HOW MANY SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE?
Each venue is different. The number of available spots is indicated in Sign Up Genius. In most cases, one spot will be reserved for the convener.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PLAY?
The club will be using a punch card system. The court convener will simply punch one number on a member's punch card, and the player gains admittance to the session.
The punch cards are purchased in increments of 5 or 10. Each punch has a value of $5 so a 5-punch card costs $25 and a 10-punch card costs $50 plus a small processing fee.

Punch cards may be shared and are transferable from one member to another. Although not refundable, unused punch cards will be valid from year-to-year. We prefer that members make arrangement to pick up their punch card. Once you purchase your punch card on line, you will be contacted about picking up the punch card.
WHAT MAKES A PUNCH CARD VALID? The punch cards will be issued and SIGNED by a GBPC Director.
WHAT IF A MEMBER FORGETS THEIR PUNCH CARD? If someone forgets their card, they may borrow from another member. Members are to work it out among themselves.
MAY A CONVENER COLLECT CASH? NO.
DO I NEED TO WEAR MY SHOE TAG? YES! Don't forget to renew your membership. YOU MUST BE WEARING THE 2026 GREEN TAGS ON THE COURTS BY JANUARY 1ST. Here is the link to renew: https://secure.pickleballcanad...
HOW WILL I KNOW IF A TIME SLOT IS CANCELLED?
Members will be notified of cancellations on the club WhatsApp Chat. To join the Club WhatsApp chat, please email the club and you will be added to the chat.
WHAT IF I HAVE SIGNED UP AND I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND? To allow another player to fill your spot, it will be VERY IMPORTANT that you cancel or delete your sign up in SIGN UP GENUIS.

To Make a Reservation to Play
1. Login to PICKLEBALL CANADA using https://secure.pickleballcanada.org/login/
2. Choose MY ACCOUNT drop down menu (top left corner of the screen) and Open the GRAND BEND PICKLEBALL CLUB website
3. Choose MEMBERS ONLY
4. Choose SIGN UP GENIUS
5. Choose the appropriate venue: either EXETER, THEDFORD, TRIDON or FOREST
The first time you complete these steps, you may be asked to login to SIGN UP GENIUS with your username (email) and password.
CANCELLING OR DELETING A SIGN UP
On the Computer
Method 1
- Find your "Sign Up Genius Reminder" email
- Click the orange link “View Sign Up”.
- Find the sign up you would like to delete
- Click the X to delete your sign up

- Find your “Sign Up Genius Confirmation” email
- Click the orange link: “View my Sign Up”
- Find the sign up you would like to delete
- Click the X
From your phone or computer or Ipad
- Log into Pickleball Canada with YOUR email and password
- Choose MY ACCOUNT drop down menu (top left corner of the screen) and open the GRAND BEND PICKLEBALL CLUB website
- Choose MEMBERS ONLY
- Choose SIGN UP GENIUS
- Choose the appropriate venue: either EXETER, THEDFORD, TRIDON or FOREST
- Find the sign up you would like to delete
- Click the X
