Invermere Pickleball Club (IPBC) is a registered non-profit society in British Columbia, governed in accordance with the BC Societies Act. IPBC has been an affiliated club under Pickleball BC and Pickleball Canada since 2017.

Our mission is to create pickleball play opportunities and foster community connection and partnership by offering a variety of programming for all levels and types of play within the Columbia Valley. We are dedicated to advocating for and promoting the sport of pickleball within our community.

IPBC is committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment where everyone belongs. We strive to be role models in our community and good ambassadors for the sport of pickleball. We embrace a growth mindset and aim to always be improving. And lastly but very importantly, we value having fun - having fun and loving what we do is why we do it!

A Little History

Pickleball was first introduced to the Columbia Valley in 2014. After a couple years of playing casually as a group of friends, the Invermere Pickleball Club was formed in 2016 and officially joined as an affiliate under Pickleball BC and Pickleball Canada shortly thereafter in 2017. Today, the club has over 200 members and welcomes dozens of visiting guest players every season!
