Play Formats

We offer a variety of play formats and sessions to meet the needs of our members! See below for descriptions of the different sessions.

Open Play - Everyone plays against everyone else using a paddle-in rotation system. Players rotate courts and partners so everyone gets fair playing time.

2.5-3.5 Round Robin - For players rated between 2.5 to 3.5. Round robin play uses regular scoring to 11, up to a maximum match length of 12 minutes.

3.0+ Round Robin - For players rated 3.0 and up. Round robin play uses regular scoring to 11, up to a maximum match length of 12 minutes

DUPR Builder (2.0-2.49) - This session is for players who have are DUPR-rated 2.0-2.49. The session is designed to provide you with the verifiable match results needed to build a credible DUPR rating. All scores are managed and submitted by IPBC. Round robin play uses regular scoring to 11, win by 1, up to a maximum match length of 14 minutes. Players must have a DUPR account to join this session.

DUPR Builder (2.5-2.99) - This session is for players who have are DUPR-rated 2.5-2.99. The session is designed to provide you with the verifiable match results needed to build a credible DUPR rating. All scores are managed and submitted by IPBC. Round robin play uses regular scoring to 11, win by 1, up to a maximum match length of 14 minutes. Players must have a DUPR account to join this session.

DUPR Builder (3.0-3.49) - This session is for players who have are DUPR-rated 3.0-3.49. However, if your DUPR rating is in the 2.5-2.99 bracket but you have a 60%+ Reliability Score, then you can sign up for this session.The session is designed to provide you with the verifiable match results needed to build a credible DUPR rating. All scores are managed and submitted by IPBC. Round robin play uses regular scoring to 11, win by 1, up to a maximum match length of 14 minutes. Players must have a DUPR account to join this session. 

DUPR Builder (3.5-3.99) - This session is for players who have are DUPR-rated 3.5-3.99. However, if your DUPR rating is in the 3.0-3.49 bracket but you have a 60%+ Reliability Score, then you can sign up for this session. The session is designed to provide you with the verifiable match results needed to build a credible DUPR rating. All scores are managed and submitted by IPBC. Round robin play uses regular scoring to 11, win by 1, up to a maximum match length of 14 minutes. Players must have a DUPR account to join this session.

Ladies’ Round Robin - For female players only. Round robin play uses regular scoring to 11, up to a maximum match length of 12 minutes.

Men’s Round Robin - For male players only. Round robin play uses regular scoring to 11, up to a maximum match length of 12 minutes.

Mentored Play - Up to 3.0 - Open play for players who are new to pickleball and/or players up to 3.0. There will be a mentor on court to help coach your gameplay.

Partner Play - Sign up with a partner for fixed team round robin play. You and your partner will play together for the entire session. Partner Play uses regular scoring to 11, win by 1,up to a maximum match length of 12 minutes.

Royal Court - Your wins/losses determine your movement up/down the ranks, providing balanced competition for all skill levels. Players are initially assigned to courts based by random draw. Winners move, one court at a time, towards the royal court and split. Runner ups move towards the opposite end and split. Repeat. Royal Court uses regular scoring to 11, up to a maximum match length of 12 minutes.

Singles Open Play - Play will be self-organized by attending players - you can choose to play Full Court Singles or Skinny Singles.

Skills & Drills - Road to 3.0 - For players 2.0-2.99 skill rating. Improve your pickleball game through structured practice and drills led by a coach.

Skills & Drills - Road to 3.5 - For players 3.0-3.49 skill rating. Improve your pickleball game through structured practice and drills led by a coach.

Skills & Drills - Road to 4.0 - For players 3.5+ skill rating. Improve your pickleball game through structured practice and drills led by a coach.
