How to Book Your Own Court- CourtReserve
Registering through CourtReserve allows for non-members to book their own court.
The Visitors Program fee for non-members is $10.00 per person, per program. Participation is limited to individuals who are registered through Court Reserve (Ways to Play) and who have completed payment through the app.
Step 1: Download CourtReserve and create an account or log-in.
Step 2: Search Medicine Hat Pickleball Club, select "join."
Step 3: Medicine Hat Pickleball Club will approve your ask to "join."
Step 4: Once approved, select "courts," "book a court," and reserve an available court.
Step 5: Select an App Membership type. Choose the Visitor Membership – Adult
This visitor membership option allows you to access the app and reserve an available court, but does not include full Medicine Hat Pickleball Club (MHPC) membership benefits.
Reserve your desired court in CourtReserve.
Step 6: Submit Your $10.00 payment for Court Reservation
Complete payment upon reservation.
Once all steps are completed, your reservation in CourtReserve will be approved and you will receive a confirmation.
When you arrive at the courts, any club member on site can let you in through the gates.
Please Note:
- Payment must be made in order for program registration to complete the registration in Court Reserve.
- Prices do not include GST.
