Visitor Information
** CLOSED FOR REGISTRATION: Our club and outdoor courts operate from May to October. ALL programming and bookings will be available during that time. For indoor options, visit Indoor Pickleball Info tab (not affiliated with MHPC) **
Non-members/visitors are welcome to participate in select club programming for a fee. Participation is available only to those who are registered in CourtReserve under Ways to Play and who have completed payment through the Visitor Payment link.
How to Participate in a Program
Step 1: Create a CourtReserve Account
Create an account or log-in in CourtReserve.
Step 2: Select an App Membership type
Choose the Visitor Membership – Adult
This free membership option allows you to access the app and register for programming but does not include full Medicine Hat Pickleball Club (MHPC) membership benefits
Step 3: Register for a Program
Register for the desired program in CourtReserve.
Step 4: Submit Your Program Fee
Complete payment for the program.
Once all steps are completed, your registration in CourtReserve will be approved and you will receive a confirmation.
When you arrive at the courts, any club member on site can let you in through the gates.
Please Note:
- Payment must be made in order for program registration to be approved in Court Reserve
- No refunds.
- Prices do not include GST.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a credit for a future booking.
- If a program is cancelled due to low participation, a refund will be issued upon request scheduling.mhpc@gmail.com
