CLUB MEMBERSHIP & FEES

PCPA Membership Fees

Memberships purchased between January 1 and September 30 , 2023 expire on December 31, 2023.

Memberships purchased on or after October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 will expire on December 31, 2024 of the following year. The fees below have been adjusted to reflect the fees for the 2024 season.

All memberships (new and renewing) are processed through the national registration system called the Pickleball Canada National System (PCNS). The PCNS is your "one-stop location" for joining Peace Country Pickleball Association (PCPA), Pickleball BC (PBC) and Pickleball Canada (PCO). The three governing entities – PCPA, PBC, PCO - each determine their own membership fee. You pay all the fees at once and the PCNS automatically credits the three partners. The fees to join PCPA for the 2024 season include:

Peace Country Pickleball Club $ 55.83

Pickleball BC $ 5.00

Pickleball Canada $ 10.00

Processing Fee $ 4.17

Total $ 75.00*

*Payment of fees is online by credit card or PayPal. Cheques are not accepted. As is common with online payment systems there is a transaction fee of 4.9% plus $0.50 plus applicable sales tax. This is a combination of the fee charged by the financial agency that collects and distributes the money to the three parties and for the support and development of the Pickleball Canada National System.

If you are a member of another pickleball club and previously registered with Pickleball Canada and/or Pickleball BC, you will only be charged the PCPA registration fee of $55.83 plus taxes and fees. Previous payments will automatically be recognized by the PCNS system based on your membership number.

Confirmation that you have successfully registered and paid your fees through the PCNS system will be delivered to the email address on your Pickleball Canada profile.

On January 1, 2024 the fee for Pickleball BC increased from $2.50 to $5.00. The portion of the total fee allocated to the club has been adjusted from $58.33 to $55.83 to reflect the increased Pickleball BC fee in order maintain a total fee of $75.00 to join the club.
