WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Captains must be physically present at the courts and it must be actively raining before cancelling an event due to rain.
Events are cancelled when temperatures reach 30 degrees celsius plus and when air quality is 7 and above.
REMINDERS
- VERY IMPORTANT: Please ensure the rink shack door (SCPA's assigned door facing the rink) is always locked when you leave an event. The only exception to this rule is if you have received confirmation from the captain of a following event that they will ensure it is locked before they leave.
- On the dates you are the assigned captain please DO NOT register as a participant. You are automatically guaranteed a spot. Captain names appear on the event registration form.
- If you require a substitute please post your request in the appropriate WhatsApp Captain Community. DO NOT arrange a replacement with someone who is outside the Captain Community as they do not have the appropriate training to cover your absence.
