WPC Policies

Warman Pickleball Club – Policies

1. The Warman Pickleball Club’s (hereinafter the WPC) only program is for players 55 years of age and older. The current playing arrangement is Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 09:30-11:30 at the Warman Home Centre Communiplex.

2. If any WPC member is faced with or encounters what they perceive as a harassment situation, the issue will be brought to the attention of any current Board member. That Board member will then bring the issue to the attention of the entire WPC Board for further handling. The situation or issue will be discussed confidentially among the current Board and will not be discussed with anyone outside the current Board members. The resolution of the situation or issue will also be kept in confidence within the current Board members. As a member of Pickleball Saskatchewan a Code of Conduct breach may be filed through the Pickleball Saskatchewan website.

3. Once a WPC member purchases a punch card, the card will not expire but any unused portion of the card will not be refunded to that WPC member.

4. If a member of the WPC who has left the club for any reason, wishes to rejoin the club, their name will be added to the current WPC waitlist.
