Annual General Meeting

The New West Pickleball Club will hold its 1st Annual General Meeting on Wednesday September 27th 6:00-8:00 pm at the New Westminster Library on 6th Avenue in the auditorium room downstairs.

There will be reports from the Executive, the election of officers for the coming year, and open discussion of course.

It is important that you attend and share your views and vision of what our club should be.

As a newly formed club we will be looking for members to become involved with the executive.

The formal agenda including our club’s Bylaw and regulations will be sent out shortly.

Here is an update on our first Club tournament, which was a great success!

Thanks so much for joining us at the tournament. It was lovely to see so many people out there having fun. And thanks to all the volunteers who made it a great day. If you have any feedback for us (positive or negative) we would love to hear it.

This year we have raised $2,323.21 and received a generous donation from Hazel of 3 portable nets plus spare parts!

We're looking forward to seeing lots of NWPC members at our AGM - come out to support your club, learn what's been going on and what may be coming in the year ahead and have some fun chatting with your fellow members.
