INTRODUCING GLOFOX
WPC is pleased to introduce our new booking system GLOFOX, and its many benefits to our members:
- Process will be streamlined
- Sessions will be paid for at the time of booking
- Sessions will be booked daily (as opposed to monthly)
- Sessions that are full will have waitlists and next member will be notified if spot becomes available
- Payment will be made through credit card or VISA debit card
- Members can purchase SERVICE PACKS, which will show as play credits on member account. Service packs allow members to buy 10 credits and save $10 over buying individual sessions
- Sessions booked using SERVICE PACK play credits can be cancelled 48 hours prior without penalty (play credit will go back on member account)
- Alternatively, single play purchases can be made, however there is a slight cost increase as these sessions have a higher processing cost. Any sessions cancelled through this method are non refundable
GLOFOX will be used starting with our October sessions and can be accessed on Android and Apple devices and through our website. The manuals can be found on the left hand menu
We have setup some demo sessions that members can use to see how the booking system works. There is no cost to use the demo sessions. Should you experience any difficulties in using the app you can contact us for technical support at helpdesk.wpc@gmail.com

Discounted Service Packs
Summer Memberships
The Windsor Pickleball Club is please to introduce a new Summer membership program. While our full membership is currently closed, non-members can purchase a Summer Membership for $10 and it is valid from May 1 to September 30, 2025. This membership will allow summer members to play at the outdoor courts at the Forest Glade Community Centre. WPC will be renting 5 courts during these months, and they will be available exclusively to WPC members. Rental times will be Monday to Friday from 8am to 10 am and Monday and Wednesday from 6 to 8pm. WPC will be offering open times based on skill levels as well as a variety of leagues. Open times will be available at no additional charge, whereas league play will be an additional $10 for an 11 week session.
Existing WPC Members
Existing WPC members are not required to purchase a summer membership. This is included in your WPC membership. There is an additional charge if you wish to play in a league. We are in the process of finalizing the leagues for this summer and further information will be forthcoming.
Members of another club
If you are a member of another club that is affiliated with Pickleball Canada and Ontario, you will need to purchase a WPC Summer Membership, but you will not be charged Pickleball Canada and Ontario fees. The Summer Membership fee is $10. League fees will be an extra $10 per league. To purchase a Summer Membership Click here. Click on Join-Renew and select Member Lookup. Do not select “I am a new member” Under Membership type, select “2025 Summer membership valid from May 1 to September 30”. Complete the rest of the registration form and submit your registration. Once we have processed your registration, you will receive an email about how to initialize our booking software by the name of Glofox.
Not a member of another club
If you are not a member of an existing club, you can still purchase a WPC Summer Membership. However, you will also need to purchase a Pickleball Canada and Ontario membership. The fees for Pickleball Canada and Ontario are $10 each. Your total fee for joining Windsor Pickleball Club will be $30 plus a processing fee. Your Summer Membership will allow you to play an unlimited number of times (subject to court maximums) during our open times. Should you wish to play in one of our leagues, there will be an additional $10 fee per league. More information on joining a league will be forthcoming.
Benefit of a Summer Membership
The WPC has reserved courts at the Forest Glade Community Centre, specifically for WPC members. This ensures that once you have registered to play, you are guaranteed to play with no waiting time. Sessions are structured around skill levels, so you will be playing with people of your skill level. Each session has a convenor that will supply balls and organize the play and rotation of players.
Outdoor Leagues at Forest Glade Optimist Park
Pre-registration for the Spring leagues at the Forest Glade Optimist Park is now open. The SPRING Leagues will run between May 1 and July 11, 2025. Each league will play once a week and members can play in more than one league.
Leagues will be Monday through Thursday with morning and evening time slots. Leagues are based on skill levels. Be sure to pre-register in a league that is appropriate for your skill level. Space is limited and priority will be given to those that pre-register. Pre-registration does not guarantee a spot on a league.
League organizers will receive the list of those that pre-registered from which they will first pick their initial roster/spares. Following that the league organizers will be in touch with their players with further details.
Click here to pre-register in the spring leagues. Pre-registration will close APRIL14, 2025. Leagues are expected to be finalized by APRIL 18.
Registration fee for all the leagues is $10 per member and will be paid through Glofox. To register in the league, you must be a full member of WPC or have purchased a summer membership. To become a summer member, please visit us at www.windsorpickleballclub.ca. A summer membership is not required for those that are full members of WPC.
Registration for the open SESSIONS (NON LEAGUES) at Forest Glade Optimist Park is expected to take place the week of April 18th. The Summer league will run from July 14 to September 26. Information on the summer leagues will happen later.
