| Randy Dove | President | Randy started playing in 2017, both as a recreational and competitive player, with interest in representing all members’ needs and concerns to strengthen the organization. His volunteer and work experience include the following: Sk Retirees Association Board Past President, director since 2012; Past President of the Board, SK Seniors Mechanism, director since 2014; 25 years in the credit union system in human resources, operations and executive roles; 10 years in the provincial government in human resources and strategic planning; Managed large community projects (Grey Cup, Canada Games, Riders 100th anniversary, Pickleball National Championship in 2023). His skills are in human resources management, project management, budgeting, business communications/writing, strategic planning, policy and survey development, survey development, and grantsmanship |
| Keith Kawecki | Vice President | Keith completed a career in the cooperative financial services sector where he interacted with many local board of directors across Saskatchewan. He worked with many audit teams to ensure the financial security of local members’ financial assets. Through his involvement with many Boards, he developed an understanding of the role of directors, their responsibilities and connections to the communities they served. Keith has been involved in the community through soccer, softball, golf, skiing and Habitat for Humanity. He also is active in baseball, pickleball, curling as well as woodworking and home renovations. While relatively new to pickleball, over the past two years, Keith has participated in many pickleball events. He sees the need to focus on growing pickleball, introducing the sport to new players, while encouraging the various invitational groups to re-join Pickleball Regina activities. By better responding to member needs, pickleball can only grow and succeed even more than in the past few years |

| Ray Greenwood: | Director at large | Ray has been a successful businessperson for many years as an entrepreneur, including his current role as General Manager of the Queen City Pickleball Hub. He has previous experience on a Board of Directors and has been a volunteer for a variety of organizations including local sport organizations. He is focused on building pickleball in Regina and sees an opportunity to build the relationship between Pickleball Regina and the Queen City Pickleball Hub. He is committed to building pickleball as a world class sport and Regina as a special destination for both new and seasoned athletes. Ray is looking forward to bringing his skills and passion to build a more integrated approach to the local pickleball community. |

| Greg Nein | Director at Large | Greg’s career included thirty-five years of working in both the public and private sectors, specializing in finance and operations. He is skilled in managing both large and small teams, as well as overseeing many teams for a large organization. He is currently the President of the Regina chapter of the Saskatchewan Seniors Fitness Association, the organization that plans the 55+ Seniors games on a bi-annual schedule. Greg’s skill set will fit nicely with PRI as he has the ability to see the big picture when it comes to things. His experience in getting results as well as working with numerous stakeholders, both internal and external aligns with the core values of Pickleball Regina Inc. |
| Kristen Tam | Director at Large | Kristin is actively working at Farm Credit Canada (FCC) as a developer that maintains their public websites. While a new volunteer, she brings a youthful commitment to learn and understand the roles of a volunteer board. In addition to her interests in skiing, snowboarding and travel, she has had an active community presence through her cheerleading activities. She is interested in supporting pickleball’s growth and the success of Pickleball Regina as she is proud to be an athlete engaged in pickleball. Her interest is to ensure pickleball is available in the community for all ages and skill level. |
| Pauline Tessier | Director at Large | Pauline spent the past 35 years in leadership roles working with and leading people in the education sector, the provincial and municipal levels of government in finance and special projects working with business units to meet strategic objectives more efficiently and effectively. She has seven years of Board experience with a variety of professional and local organizations, plus has volunteered at many sporting events. She was a certified gymnastics judge and figure skating judge travelling across Saskatchewan to many competitions. Special interests include pickleball as a level 1 coach, tennis, painting and showing prized terriers at competitions. |
| Terry Haas-Pasloski | Director at Large | As part of her successful career as a social worker, Terry provided training on Board roles and responsibilities to non-government organizations. She has volunteered on sports, church and community organizations for many years. She enjoys pickleball, quilting and reading to expand her interests. She has chosen to get more involved in the pickleball community and wants to contribute to the growth of the sport through her involvement. Terry wants to promote pickleball, encourage player development, support training for officials and help support provincial and national events that enhance pickleball for everyone. |
| Grant Hesje | Director at Large | Grant is continuing his varied career with Farm Credit Canada where he has held a series of important roles in risk management, lending, marketing and account management. He has volunteered to support local minor hockey as well as hosting pickleball programs as he is committed to working to help more people to learn to play pickleball. Grant supports the development of pickleball, is acquainted with several current PRI directors and wants to contribute as he plans to retire from the active workforce in the near future. |
| Christina Wishlow | Director at Large | Christina is actively employed in human Resources at Sask Power as a senior recruitment analyst. She has volunteered as a fundraiser and continues to act as a host for PRI. Christina is active in various sports including pickleball, skiing, biking and camping. Christina wants to support the growth of pickleball through programming and hosting, to ensure there are many options so all members can play and enjoy the sport. |
