1) What happens during MPC hours if there is no Court Host?
During un-hosted MPC hours, play is self-directed. Members use the Next Up Rotation Board when players are waiting.
2) Does MPC have a Junior Development program?
MPC hopes to offer a Junior Development program during the 2026 season. Details will be shared if and when a program becomes available.
3) Does MPC offer lessons? How do I sign up?
MPC offers a variety of clinics and lessons throughout the season.
Information on upcoming clinics and lessons is posted on the MPC website under Latest News and/or the Clinics section (Current Clinic Offerings). Registration can be completed directly using the links provided on those pages or through the website calendar.
Session availability, schedules, and minimum registration requirements vary by clinic and are outlined in each registration listing.
If a clinic is full, members are strongly encouraged to add themselves to the waitlist. If a space becomes available, the next member on the waitlist will be automatically moved into the session and will receive an email from Markham Pickleball Club (info@markhampickleballclub.ca) with payment instructions.
Depending on demand, members on the waitlist may also receive early notification if additional clinic sessions are added.
4) When I tried to register for an event, the Member Lookup cannot find me. What should I do?
Please ensure you enter your first and last name exactly as it appears on your basic membership.
For example, if your membership is registered under “Elizabeth,” entering “Betty” may not be recognized.
5) How can I stay up to date with MPC information?
The MPC Info Centre WhatsApp group is the club’s official channel for announcements and important updates.
Members are encouraged to join via the Members Only section of the website.
MPC also shares updates on its website, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
6) I love MPC! How can I volunteer?
