If you're looking to begin to master the essentials of this exciting sport, you've come to the right place. Get ready to embark on a journey of learning and fun with our comprehensive Introduction to Pickleball! This is the platform where you will learn all the fundamentals of Pickleball, from how to hold the paddle and court positioning to basic shots and techniques. Coach Susan’s Introduction program has got you covered! The resounding popularity of this program during the previous season is a testament to its effectiveness and value.

These are single, stand-alone, learn-to-play classes offered on Sundays, at Westwood PS, from 12:45 pm to 3:15 pm for a cost of $25. Registrations are open to PGA Members and Non-Members.

Please note that Membership in the PGA is currently closed, but we hope to see non-member participants at the outdoor courts opening in the spring.

If you have no pickleball experience and want to get started the right way, then this class is for you! This program is for those who don't currently play and want to learn the game from scratch.

If you are a beginner and already have some play experience and know the rules and how to keep score, this class is not for you, but we hope to see you at the outdoor courts this spring.

All equipment and loaner paddles will be provided if required. You are encouraged to bring your own paddle if you have one.

Availability is set to fill each court exactly. Therefore, refunds are not available, and no-shows are strongly discouraged. These are single classes and all the same, so please only register one per student.
