Court Reserve Sign Up
You MUST have a COURT RESERVE account to register and play. You can register for events via the Court Reserve website or the mobile apps.
On the website, click on your name in the top right corner and scroll down to 'My Organizations' and then to 'Add Organization'. Search for 'Edmonton Pickleball Club'.
In the mobile apps, click on 'My Organizations', 'Add Organization', and search for 'Edmonton Pickleball Club'.
Once you have Edmonton Pickleball Club added to your organizations, the easiest way to see the events is to click 'Events' and then either Calendar, List, or Category, depending on your viewing preference.
Registering for Events
- Registration opens at 6:55pm a week in advance of the event. You can tell if an event is locked or not because it will show a message like "Registration opens 6 days and 20 hours".
- Special events are opened as soon as practical. Members will receive a notice.
NO SHOW POLICY
This policy has been created to communicate with the EPC membership the importance of their responsibility to WITHDRAW from any registered session they are unable to attend.
Definition of NO-SHOW
- A member fails to WITHDRAW from a registered event and the member does not show up for the event.
Member Responsibility
- If a member is unable to participate in an event that they have registered for, regardless of reasons or circumstances beyond their control, they must WITHDRAW as soon as possible to potentially allow another member to participate.
Consequences
The consequences for NO SHOWS will be provided to the member in writing as follows:
- 1st OFFENCE - A warning that will be recorded.
- 2nd OFFENCE - The member will have Court Reserve booking privileges cancelled for 1 week.
- 3rd OFFENCE - The member will have Court Reserve booking privileges cancelled for 14 days.
- 4th+ OFFENCE and each offence thereafter - The member will have Court Reserve booking privileges cancelled for 28 days.
