Guest Policy and Waiver
Guests are not permitted to play at the Edmonton Pickleball Club. (May 24, 2026)
Specific Event Exception
Some exceptions to the No Guest Policy will apply for specific Club events, as decided and communicated by the Board. In these specific situations, guests would be required to:
- Execute the club’s Liability Waiver, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT form prior to the event they are attending.

- All guests must check in with EPC Staff when they arrive to play.
- Confirmation receipt of the Liability Waiver must be shown when requested or a paper copy will be available at the court.
- Guests must abide by the EPC Code of Conduct and Court Etiquette Rules.
- Guests cannot include anyone who has been refused an EPC membership or a member whose EPC membership is suspended.
