(example: on Mondays 8AM-2PM C6-P2 means six courts for club play and two courts for general public play)

Note: When playing on Publicly designated courts or during designated Public hours:

Users should share the courts with anyone waiting every 30 minutes ( after every game).
Public courts will be marked.

The overall court activity schedule and Calendar is Hold My Court. The Schedule will start showing up in a few days. There is also a PDF attached to this email.

Winnipeg West Pickleball Club (holdmycourt.xyz)

All play will be scheduled using PlayTime Scheduler, except "bookable courts". You must sign up to attend.

White open slots during club hours are "bookable" for a small group of member players using your Hold my Court login. Select the time slot and enter all players names.
Club Play (members only, no skill levels) Play is booked using PlayTime Scheduler. We do not want to overload the courts and have people not able to play.

This is a club mixing activity and everyone deserves the same opportunity and respect. For Club play to work properly everyone has to co-operate and share the courts with others.. Court monitors will organize play and daily play methods must be followed. WWPC Code of Conduct
Some Club Play times ie: Saturdays may also have a Challenge Court option for more advanced players. Anyone can challenge “in”, maximum two (2) games in a row.

The Novice, Intermediate, Advanced groups are Self Rated as they are indoor.
The 3.5 Rated and 4.0 and 4.5 groups are skill rated to join, see the procedures and criteria on our web site.
Courts may be added to or subtracted from activities as we move ahead through the summer.
Due to our growing membership we are attempting to use all of our court time allocations. All play and events simply cannot be at 8AM. or 10AM. Nor can we assign an evening or weekend time to every group. We have tried to allocate fair time slots and an appropriate quantity of courts to each group.
Note: club members can also play on "public" courts during public times, BUT you must share with others as you would at any other city outdoor facility. These guidelines are posted on our City court allocation posters.
