Edmonton Pickleball Club
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Edmonton Pickleball Club will host its Annual General Meeting on Monday October 27, 2025, at the Royal Gardens Community Hall, 4030 - 117 Street.
Registration begins at 7:15 p.m. and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:30 pm. Refreshments will be available.
If you have an interest in the operation of the club and wish to be involved, please attend. This is an in-person only meeting. We are seeking six individuals to fill the board. Elected nominees join the board and are appointed to their individual roles at the first meeting after the AGM. We ask that if you are interested in putting your name forward, please submit a short paragraph or two (max. 150 words) outlining what skills you have that would contribute to the board. All submitted bios will be circulated one week before the AGM. Although we will still be taking nominations from the floor, we hope that this process will help those in attendance have a better understanding of nominee qualifications.
Please submit to membership@edmontonpickleballclub.org.
The meeting agenda and materials will be circulated after the board meeting on October 6th. Planned agenda items will include:
Approval of minutes from 2024 AGM
President’s Update – Year in Review Financial Update
Election of Board of Directors
There will also be a grand prize DRAW for a name-brand paddle!
Regards,
Andrew Happer, P.Eng.
President, Edmonton Pickleball Club
